🩶 1️⃣ What material are the earring posts made of?

Most of our earrings use 925 sterling silver posts. Some designs are available with 14K or 18K gold.

Selected pieces can be upgraded to 18K solid gold posts. Please refer to each product page for details.

💎 2️⃣ Do pendants come with a chain?

No, pendants do not include a chain.

Necklaces are available separately on our website.

📦 3️⃣ When will I receive my order?

Processing Time:

  • All orders require a minimum of 7 working days for preparation.
  • Some designs may require longer production time as stated on the product page.

Shipping Time (after dispatch):

  • Hong Kong / Macau: 1–3 business days
  • International: 5–7 business days, depending on destination
💍 4️⃣ Are rings available in different sizes?

Our rings are adjustable and designed to fit most finger sizes.

💰 5️⃣ Do you accept returns or refunds?

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Custom-made, pre-order, and sale items are non-returnable.

We ship orders via SF Express for Hong Kong and Macau.

International orders are shipped via the most suitable logistics partner based on destination.

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of pearls.

Natural variations in pearls are part of their unique beauty and are not considered defects.
