Eligibility for Returns

Natural Pearl Disclaimer
All pearls are natural gemstones. Minor variations in colour, shape, surface texture, or natural growth marks are inherent characteristics of genuine pearls and are not considered defects.
Returns will not be accepted for these natural characteristics.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
