We hope you love your jewellery. As each piece is carefully handled and prepared, please review the policy below before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused and unworn

  • Items remain in original condition and packaging

  • Items show no signs of damage, alteration, or wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and product nature, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Earrings

  • Pre-order / Made-to-order items

  • Customised or personalised pieces

  • Sale items / Studio Price / Special selections

Natural Pearl Disclaimer

All pearls are natural gemstones. Minor variations in colour, shape, surface texture, or natural growth marks are inherent characteristics of genuine pearls and are not considered defects.
Returns will not be accepted for these natural characteristics.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • We are not responsible for lost return parcels

  • Return address will be provided upon approval of the return request

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
