All orders are shipped from Hong Kong via SF Express.
Free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend, no cash-on-delivery required.

1) Processing Time

All jewellery is prepared after an order has been confirmed.

We will arrange your order as quickly as possible. Many orders may be ready for dispatch within 2–3 business days, depending on stock availability and production progress.

Please allow up to 14 days for dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

 

2) Hong Kong Delivery

Hong Kong orders are mainly delivered via SF Express to:

* SF Locker
* SF Store
* Residential or office address

Free delivery is available for SF Locker and SF Store collection.

Residential or office delivery may be subject to an additional surcharge imposed by SF Express.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.

 

3) International Delivery

Macau · Taiwan · Singapore · South Korea

International orders are normally shipped via SF Express International / SF Overseas.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier arrangements and customs clearance.

 

Important Information for Taiwan Customers

Customers in Taiwan are required to:

* Provide a valid Taiwan ID number for customs clearance
* Complete real-name authentication through the EZ WAY app

We may be unable to dispatch your order until the required customs information and EZ WAY registration have been completed.

Please ensure that the recipient’s name, ID information and contact details match the information registered with EZ WAY.

 

4) Alternative Shipping Arrangement

SF Express is our preferred courier.

However, if SF Express is unable to deliver to your destination or service area, we will arrange delivery via Hongkong Post registered or trackable service instead.

Hongkong Post will only be used when SF Express delivery is unavailable.

Tracking information will still be provided once the parcel has been dispatched.

 

5) Taxes & Duties

Product prices include any taxes applicable in Hong Kong, if any.

For deliveries outside Hong Kong, the destination country or region may charge:

* Import tax
* VAT
* Customs duties
* Customs clearance or handling fees

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient.

Miroé is not responsible for taxes, duties or other charges imposed by the destination country or local customs authority.

 

6) Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that the recipient’s name, delivery address, contact number and customs information are correct before completing your order.

If the delivery address needs to be changed after the shipment has been arranged, SF Express may charge an address amendment fee of HKD 10.

This fee must be paid by the recipient.

Additional delivery or reshipping fees may also apply if a parcel is returned due to:

* An incorrect or incomplete address
* Incorrect recipient information
* Refusal of delivery
* Failure to complete customs clearance
* Failure to collect the parcel within the courier’s holding period

Any additional fees resulting from incorrect information, an address change, failed delivery or re-delivery must be paid by the recipient.
