Free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend, no cash-on-delivery required.

1) Processing Time

Processing time varies by collection. Please refer to the relevant product page for collection type.

Standard Collection
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Each pearl piece is individually prepared after order confirmation, with pearls carefully drilled and hand-set to ensure proper alignment, durability and finish.

Pre-Order Collection
Items in the Pre-Order Collection require an estimated 7 business days for preparation before dispatch.

Made to You Collection
Pieces from the Made to You Collection require an extended preparation period.
Estimated production time is approximately 14 business days before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent.

Shipped via SF Express to:

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch


3) International Delivery

Shipped via SF Express International / SF Overseas

Free shipping — no minimum spend

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch
(Delivery time may vary depending on destination and customs clearance)


4) Shipping Guarantee

If SF Express is unable to deliver to your area,
we will arrange shipment via Hongkong Post (registered / trackable service)
to ensure your parcel remains secure and traceable.


5) Taxes & Duties

Taxes included” shown on product pages refers only to Hong Kong sales tax (if applicable).

For other countries or regions, import taxes, VAT or customs duties may be charged upon arrival.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.


6) Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your recipient name, delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to collect within the courier’s holding period
